Shipping and Returns

 Shipping and Returns: We ship all of our orders via United States Postal Service. Monday through Friday. (excluding holidays) All orders will be calculated by weight and delivery zone and shipping method.  UPS shipping is another shipping option at checkout. UPS will be shipped or picked up by UPS the NEXT DAY.  Orders OVER $100.00 will require a SIGNATRUE.

Please check orders for accuracy and inspect all products promptly when received. If there is a discrepancy or error with your order, or you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. All returns must be completed within 30 days of order placed date. Please have your order number ready before calling.

Express Shipping: Please choose best shipping option for your package. Express Shipping is by United States Postal Service. UPS shipping is another option at checkout. UPS will be shipped or picked up by UPS the NEXT DAY.

Shipping Outside of USA: Not at this time.

We do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner, but please allow a minimum of 6 business days shipping or more for your order to arrive (inside USA) If an item is out of stock we post it on our web site and the item will ship after the date posted. We ship ONLY Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and Saturday)

IF for any reason: Your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you will be invoiced for re-shipping to your location. or assumes no liability if carrier delivers your package to your shipping address and you do not receive the package for any reason.

Signature is REQUIRED: on any orders over $100.00.

Insurance is REQUIRED: on any orders over $50.00.

Credit Cards: We do not at any time use, sell, or give out any customer information. We do not keep or store credit card information. All credit cards are processed through PayPal. All credit card transactions will reflect on your statement as SCOOPS

Sales Tax: is required to collect a sales tax for all items shipped to addresses within the state of Tennessee.

Returns: We will accept returned product that has not been used or opened from their original packaging. NO refunds after the event date. If you choose to return the product, (before the event date) we will refund your credit card the cost of order minus shipping and handling after inspection of items. Restocking fees could also apply. Returns should be sent back to us in a traceable method.

Recycle: We reuse shipping boxes to help save Mother Earth. When your package arrives and it looks like it has been used before, it just might have. We only purchase and use recycled packing materials.

Scoop Care: For any type of scoop, please, do not at any time soak your scoop in water! Do not put in dishwasher, wash by hand before and after use.

Wood Scoops: Wood scoops are handmade. They will last for years to come if cared for correctly. 1. Utensil should sit in water only long enough to clean. 2. Wood spoon, scoop or utensil should not be washed in a dishwasher. 3. Rub on mineral oil regularly.

If an item is "out of stock" and you do not want your credit card charged until the shipping date, by placing your order on the available date your credit card will be charged at that time.
